KAISER GRABS LEAD FOR DAY 4 OF EPT TALLINN

We are down to the final 24 in the €4,250 EPT Tallinn Main Event and it’s German pro Ronny Kaiser in the lead with 1,194,000. Everyone still in is guaranteed at least €7,700 but it’s the €275,000 first prize that they’re all gunning for.

Two locals have made it through – Raigo Aasmaa and Lauri Meidla, who took time out during Day 1a to play in the €5k PLO Turbo and managed to come third in that event before returning to his seat in the Main Event where he still had an average stack. Meidla now has 402,000.

Also still in is PokerStars qualifier Petri Vuolle. Vuolle, who has never played a live tournament before, won his seat for just €2 thanks to the EPT Tallinn Adventure, a PokerStars promotion for Finnish players. He goes into Day 4 with 89,500.

Other notables still in the field include: Jeff Sarwer, Praz Bansi, Johan van Til, Stefan Jedlicka, Jani Sointula, Stuart Fox and Lari Sihvo from Finland who won a €2k side event at EPT Tallinn last season.

A total of 282 players from 40 countries entered the tourney, creating a total prize pool of €1,071,600.
